looking for a Newphew DOB 10/15/78

I am looking for my newphew who was born Oct.15/78 in Grand-Falls. He was given the name Walter at the time of birth, He was adopted by a couple who also has a daughter. I am not sure if they lived in Newfoundland or elsewhere. I would really love to find him,I think of him often. I love him....
