Maiden adopted name: Lori Ann Hines
Born: March 4, 1973 at 5:52 pm
Fairfield County Hospital, Lancaster, Ohio
I was told that my birthparents were married and I have older biological siblings.
I was told I was 3 months old when placed in my adopted parents home and adoption was finalized when I was about 18 or 19 months old.
My adoption was closed and sealed.
That's it...that's all the information I have

I know how such limited information can be so frustrating so I can certainly sympathize with you.
May I ask if you have recieved your non id? Is that were you obtained your information?
If you do not have your non id that would be a very good place to start. I can tell you from experience that once I had non id in hand I was able to solve my search almost immediately.

The information above is strictly what my adoptive parents told me and claim they didn't recieve any other information about me through the adoption. The only bit of information I know to be positively true is my name. lol My adoptive parents have lied to me so much in the past that I wonder if my name is really mine.
I have absolutely no clue what a non ID is nor know how to get it/one. I don't live in the state I was born in anymore, and getting information from Vital Statistics in Ohio from Texas is like pulling teeth with no novacaine.
Thank you for responding.:flower:
Have you specifically requested from Ohio (assuming that is where your adoption was finalized).Your non id

Release of your adoption file
Your authorization to release your info to a birth parent or sibling.
You should receive your non id You should receive your adoption file based on the following - if both birth parents listed have filed a non disclosure you will not receive it - if one birth parent filed a non disclosure you will receive your file with their details redacted. Chances are your father is not listed anyway based on your year of birth if I remember right. I would request both and authorize your info released. I would type the letter, take it to a notary with id and have it notorized (do a copy for you as well). I would send the notarized request certified. The link shows you the details and where to send them. Ohio Adoption Laws Kind regards,Dickons
