I just saw an excellent documentary tonight called Resilience (resiliencefilm.com - there is a trailer on the web site) about the reunion between a Korean first mom and her son who was adopted by Americans. Thread is here http://forums.adoption.com/media-adoptees/245399-films-portraying-adoption-adoptees-etc-5.html
The first mom has also set up a support group for first mothers in South Korea. Very moving and inspiring film that shows both sides in an honest, sensitive, moving way.
I'm glad you got to sse it. I've been wondering how it was since their producers popped onto the forums over the summer.
I take it, you'd recommend seeking it out?

Yes, I'd definitely recommend seeing it. It was screened last night at a post-adoption support center in Australia. The DVD will be produced soon - see their web site for details.
