What is klg?

I'm betting that "klg" means kinship legal guardianship... If the child's parents voluntarily signed over legal guardianship to you, I would think that they would have to consent to an out-of-state move. I don't think you're allowed to just up and leave the state with a ward.

With KLG, parents rights are not terminated, so I don't believe you can leave the state without permission. You might want to check with the law guardian.
