Im the uncle of Michael and Ian. Theyre birthdays are Michael Anthony Cooper July 9th 1990 born in Hastings NE and Ian Dean Cooper Nov 7 1991 born in Deadwood SD. The boys were adopted somewhere between 95-96 in Rapid City SD I do believe. We all miss the boys tremendously and are hoping they will come back into our lives.
