If anyone has info on GLA or working directly w/them please PM. I sent an email a few days ago to the US office (per the contact info on the web site) and have not received a response.

Also, I have read that families w/ more than one child would need a special waiver. Is that still the case? I'm not sure where we would fall in this category. We have one DD from Guatemala. My husband was married once before and has two sons (18 and 15) who stay w/us every other weekend and come two nights a week from4-9. I have no idea how or if this would have an impact on the requirements.

i *think* your adopted child does not count towards the limit....i *thought* the law set a limit on bio children from your current marriage. i am *pretty sure* that is what i read...so be sure to ask that specifically. :)
