Born in Mexico

Hi, I was born in Texcoco, Mexico in 1988. I was adopted when I was six weeks old and lived in Boston, MA all my life. Currently, I am living in El Paso, TX as an Americorps volunteer. I am ready and trying to really search for my family in Mexico. I have my Mexican birth certificate and adoption papers which have my birth mother's name, other relatives names and some addresses. At the end of my volunteer year in August I am planning on visiting Texcoco to see where I was born and if at all possible to make contact with my family if they would want to. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
