This is from an email I just received today from Dillon International Adoption Agency:
While Korea has made deliberate efforts to lessen the number of placements overseas, there isnt a timeframe in process yet for adoptions to halt completely. There have been a number of dates proposed over the years, all of which have come and gone without incident. We are in constant communication with our Korean counterpart agency and they have not indicated any immediate closure of the program. With all of this said, unless something changes, I do believe that adoptions will still be occurring by the time you reach your 3 year marriage marker [which wiill be three years from September]
