Need a search angel, please.

I am searching for my brother born 8/26/1983 in Columbus ohio at Grant Medical center. His name at birth was Jonathan David Shively. They might not of allowed his birth cirtificate to include his fathers name although it was written. His birthmothers name was Angela (angie) lynn Rose (now Downing.) She was 14 at the time and he was adopted through Jewish family services. The doctor's name was Fred M. Abramovitz. His birth fathers name is Gordon Allen Shively. Both birth parents were living in pickerinton ohio at the time. Any help at all would be awesome! Any questions, feel free to ask. =]
