Me and my husband live in CO and very much sure that we do not want to do legal risk adoption.So only option remain is private adoption. I am doing research on this adoption agencies, but there are so many. Please PM me

Hi, I'm currently on the list to adopt in CO. Any time you do a private adoption, you are doing a legal risk adoption. In CO, you have to wait until several days after the birth for the birthmom/birthdad to relinquish rights. Then you have to wait 6 months for the adoption to be final. So what you have to do is find an agency who has been doing this a while and knows red flags.
