Looking for help with the Congo!!

My husband and I have decided that we would like to adopt internationally and through much research and heart to hearts, we are very interested in adopting from the Congo. However, I'm having a hard time getting some questions answered by different agencies. If anyone has completed an adoption from the Congo or is working on one right now, I would really appreciate some information and feedback!! What agency did you/are you using? Where are you at in the process or what was your timeline like? How many children did you have at home already when you completed your adoption? (We have two and I understand that is the limit for adopting from the Congo. But I heard exceptions can be made. I ask because I think it will take us some time to get the funds together and I wonder if we'll be able to wait until after the adoption is complete to have another baby) Does anyone know how stringent the rule is that you be married for 5 years? (My husband and I have been married 3. Again, may not be an issue because it could take us 2 years to raise the funds, but just curious) Please feel free to reply to this post or to pm me!
