Wanting to adopt again...

We have fostered to adopt before in another state. We are wanting to adopt again here in AZ. This time we are only interested in straight adoption. I would like to know what it is like working with AZ? How long have some waited to adopt? What are the chances of us getting to adopt an infant from foster care?
