Here is a question for y'all...we always do Christmas cards with all our pictures on it.I remember when my BFF had her foster son she asked me if I thought it was approriate to put his photo on hers and I said of course, he is a part of your family right now.Currently I am in the same spot...Our FC is a part of our family for 2 months now and even if she is RU it looks like it will take a while. Do I put her picture on the front with us?Why do I feel so silly asking this question? LOLGuess I just want to see what you guys do...

From what I understand, at least in my state, if the child is a FC you cannot distribute/post their photo. That goes for MySpace, Facebook, greeting cards etc. A friend of mine has adopted 3 young boys through the FC system and until the parental rights were terminated and she had an ad agreement in place, she was not allowed to have pix of the boys. I believe she was allowed to have pix while they were waiting for finalization, post TPR... but I could be wrong there too. I agree, skip the holiday pic this year or if you have a shot of your children maybe enclose it for very close family only, but within the regular card. Just a suggestion!
