HI everyone. I am new to the board. We live in NC and are in the very beginning of our adoption journey to add to our family. We are so excited but a little overwelmed with the costs associated! I would do a plate sale but I would plan menu first and then get up orders and money first. That way you know how many plates to make and about how much food to purchase and then you can deliver plates. You have already collected money and you do not have to worry about buying more than you need or having too much left over.
