I was printed 6 weeks ago by a fingerprinting company that our state told us to use. The lady taking my prints took poor quality prints and took it upon herself to override the system. The FBI rejected my prints. Once we found out, I called the printing company and they told me to come in and have it redone. My social worker just received a note stating from our state that I should NOT be reprinted (a bit late for that info). We were told that my prints will have to be read manually by an agent. No one can give me a timeline on how long that will take! Do any of you know? How long for a manual read on prints? Does anyone know what else to do? We are all done with our homestudy. We just have to wait for my prints to sign and notarize the report. HELP!
Call one of your state senator's office and see if they will help intervene to get things rolling for you or at least get you a time frame.

Thanks. That is what my mom said to do. The question is will I just talk to their secretary or will I get to talk to them and now it is coming to a holiday week. Not too good timing!
I had issues with mine and knew someone who was in politics at the state level. They knew one of the senator's aids well and gave me the aid's contact information. So, I had an in that helped. I connected with them on a Friday had a call back on Monday telling me what I needed to do and had the results in my had on Saturday. Just call and get the ball started. Good luck!
