Step by step on finding Bparents?

I have posted myself on every registry I can find. I've tried to hire someone who quickly became way to expensive. I had a search angel who I never heard from..ect. What I want to know, how exactly do you go about researching your adoption. I only have a non-identifying form that gives me no names. All I know is I was born at Tampa General. Does anyone know what my next step should be? Who do I need to track down to get the next piece of information?
