Looking for Birth Mother

My name is Sarah Penquite. I was adopted 2 days after my birth which was July 13 1988. I am 23 years old right now. All i know about my birth mother is that she was 23 when she had me and her first name is Kris. I have very little information and that's it. This is my last resort to find her. Please, if anyone can help me at all, i would really appreciate it. She'd be around 46 now. Please i am begging for help. I was adopted by Terri Penquite and Ernest Penquite if that helps.
