Looking for birth family. My birth date is 12/11/84

I am looking for my birth mother, father, and sister. My mother was 19 when she had me and was 16 when she had my sister. My sister is 3 years older than me and her birth date is 1/10/81. My birth day is 12-11-84. I have blue eyes and brown hair. My mother, father, and sister all have brown hair brown eyes. My sister and I have different fathers. I was born in Valparaiso Indiana at Porter Memorial Hospital. My name at birth was Ashley. My mother wrote me a letter the day I was born. It was written on rainbow paper. Catholic Family Services was the ones that did my adoption. I was 8lbs 10oz at birth and had strawberry marks all over. I was at legal risk for the first 6 months of the adoption because my birth father was not allowed to sign any of the papers connecting him to me by his parents. I know my mother was about 5'5'' and was or still is in the Porter County area of Indiana. My father from what the papers say is about 6'7''. If any one knows anything please contact me.
