Well, it's been about 4 years since we closed our home. My sister had passed at a young age & I just needed time to heal.
So my question is: Has anything changed in the last 4 years? I'm sure there has been changes but if you could tell me that would be great!!!
When we were licensed 7 years ago we had to have 20 hours in classroom training, homestudy & cpr training. Is there anything new that you need to do to get licensed?
Any help & input is appreciated. I'm so happy to be able to open our home again.

thank you for responding. i still haven't heard from our county yet to get us started on the process so who knows if they even need us.

I believe the preservice training hours have been reduced to 15, effective in July 2011.
But the rest is still the same as far as I know.
