Male born in Burlington wi 1966

Helping my husband born in Burlington WI May 17 1966. He is in search of his birth mother and an older brother or step brother that from our understanding was not given up for adoption. He was given up at birth. He was adopted through a closed adoption with Catholic Charities. He has not done any searching yet. This post would be just a start. Since we are new to this, we have been trying to read as much as possible on these boards. If anyone has any helpful info they can pass along, it would be appreciated. Thank you very much...
