So I have beautiful, precious photos of my AS and STBAD with each of their respective birthmoms. I have been working on some type of poetry or quote to go with them to display in frames in their rooms. We've/we're adopting thru foster care, so it's a little bit different than an adoptive plan as far as the decisions were a bit more out of the birthmothers' control. So most of the poetry and quotes I've come across don't quite fit...
At any rate, these birthmoms are super special to us and I thought this might be a good forum to get some input and advice here on the wording.
What do you think?
"The mom who grew you under her heart,
loved you much, but had to part.
She dreams of you now, and maybe one day,
She'll see her dreams came true this way."
I really want to honor who they are to our babies, but I want to be as honest, positive, and loving as I can be all at the same time :love:
