Was Wondering If Catholic Charities In Shreveport Has A Person That Can Be Contacted. Im Not Sure If Any Information Is Kept In Shreveport Or If It Was Moved Elsewhere. Adoptee Born, And Adopted In Nov 1978. Any Information On Where To Go From This Point Would Be Awesome. I Am Trying To Verify That My Wife's Birth Date And Parent Descriptions Are Correct. As We Are Looking To Meet Them.

Hi, I was adopted through Catholic Charities in Pennsylvania. You can call the agency in the city where you were adopted and request forms for your wife's non-id info and medical history. That cost $100. You can also ask for that information plus a search and reunion with birth family (if ok with both parties), that cost $400
