I was told that my adoption was through VOA. I have requested my non-id info. I feel like my adopted mom is telling me the while truth! I feel as if she knows something more. When I called the state to update my address and contact info, I was told that there was a note in my file to not release info to me! How can That be fair? I just want to know history maybe even a photo or two? She told me that my biological mother would never look for me! So will I never know? Will this void ever be filled? I'm at a standstill. I feel lost. I think I'm over searching.
