Looking For Birth Siblings/ kentucky....

I am looking for a Birth Brother well actually 2 brothers, One was born in 1973/74 the birth mother had this boy in Lexington kentucky in a unwed mothers home all I no is that the birth mother was 16 years old at the time. There was another boy born in 1983/84 also in kentucky most likely covington kentucky his name at birth was Freddie Lee Dixon and heard it was changed to Donald Scott which this could be false information. The birth mother was around 26/27 years old and father was close to 30 they were married at this time. I am also looking for a Birth sister born in 1977 I believe she lived with the Grandmother till she was 5 1/2 years old the parents also was around at this time the grandmother took care of her till she couldnt anymore than gave her up also. Her birth name was Angela Fay Dixon.
