Facilitator or Agency

Remember that a facilitator is simply an unlicensed agency. I, for one, would not go with an unlicensed organization, since there is less accountability. Sharon

Some countries do not allow facilitators and require you use an agency. You need to check with the country or countries you are interested in. There are plenty of scammers that would be willing to tell you they are facilitators in the country of your choice, and take your money, even if facilitators are not allowed.
