I am trying to adopt my stepdaughter, My wife, Her mother is supporting this adoption and we don't know who the biological father is so he is not in the picture at all. when I went to family court they gave me a court website to download and fill out but that site has at least 100 different forms for all different types of adoptions. if anyone can tell me what forms i need to fill out in NY to adopt my stepdaughter please send me a message with the form numbers i need or any other information you can give me. It would be very appreciated Thank you
