Hello All! We were recently matched with a 2 yr old AA boy :D ! Our agency told us that since we are now matached we should be reciving his full disclosure packet for review. It has been 2 weeks and have not recived it. Since I was getting no where with my SW. I called the Houston CPS office in inquire about status with the SW working the case. She did not answer the phone but sent my SW a note saying that they can not release his file until a judge approves the placement in my home. We are already foster to adopt approved. Is this always an intermediate step in the process after being matched with a child? thanks
