Male late 1950's

I am searching for my brother's son born in the late 1950's...we think 1957. We have information the birth Mom gave birth around Hartford, CT. It was probably St. Agnes' home for unwed mother's. It could have been another religious institution that was around at the time. MA can't be ruled out either. We believe he was adopted through Catholic Charities in CT. We do not know if he remained in CT. I have spoken with the birth Mom. She and my brother were young teens at the time. We do not wish to intrude on anyone's life. There is important medical info to pass on. This information came to us 2 years ago this Thanksgiving and we have been looking since that time. Catholic Charities does have his name but will not release the information without the birth Mom's permission. She is hesitant at this time due to the fact she has kept it a secret.
