I am seeing the pop-up that this member is writing about. Are all members getting this, including premium members, or has something happened with my account?

I can only see the ads when I log out and I am not seeing any 'pop-ups' on any of the forums.
The ads are definetly targeted to the particular forum that they appear on but they are also what pays for the forums and makes it free to users. My feeling is if he doesn't want to see ads, he can pay for a premium membership. But I am cranky. I have been dealing with complaints about ads on Fertility for two years now. ;)

I've only been seeing the ad for about 2 days. I thought it was weird that I would get it with a premium membership.
I do agree with Debbie that if he doesn't want to see them that he can ante out for the premium membership.
Love your reply in post 4 Debbie. I've thought I've lost my mind several times recently. ;)

Sarah confirmed that we've gone to the pop up ad "side", but beyond that I don't know much. So for that reason, I'm asking everyone to just hold off on any comments to members about it until we have more information.I saw it again when I clicked on the Bparent forum tonite and I've only seen it there.
You all have Premium Memberships so that *should* lessen it to a degree, I would think. Per my dh, he said that a lot of people have good pop up blockers on their computers so not everyone will be affected. I'm hoping that's the case because I can totally understand people being upset by it.Especially ones who have placed a child for adoption. The last thing you need in bparent support is a pop up ad asking you if you are thinking of adoption. I will talk to Sarah some more about this today and hopefully have some answers.
