Hello,
Can you please direct me to the best adoption agency for our situation? My fianc and I have been in a stable relationship for over two years. Is there an agency that would allow us to adopt together shortly after getting married or allow me to adopt as a "single" person and then allow him to adopt our child soon after the adoption is final? Thank you!

Not sure what type of adoption you are looking for, but foster-adopt will allow this to happen.
My husband and I were taking the foster classes the week of our wedding, lol!

Adopting as a single while knowing you will be getting married is not the honest way to begin the process, so I suggest you just contact a few agencies and see what their rules are.
If you google adoption agencies in Idaho, I'm sure you'll find a place to start.:)

We recently got married (months ago). Does anyone know how agencies tend to regard that? Like are we liable to face a restriction based on how new our marriage is or does it not matter (generally speaking)?
