New State Dept. Email Address For Those In Process

Hi Friends, This is such a sad day for so many of us. It's terrible to not know what is going on. I just wanted to post a new email address from the State Department for those of you in process. They just had a conference call with a number of adoption professionals and some parents. This is different from the previous address.
