Back to the drawing board

My husband and I finally made the decision to adopt. We finally chose an agency for an international adoption in Russia, filled out the application, got accepted, got the contract notorized, met the owners of the agency, and learned of a young boy/girl sibling group that would be available in March of 2013. Then, as most know, Russia banned US adoptions. :grr: This means we are now researching domestic and different international adoptions. I have researched many many agencies and would love to know what your opinions are. We would like to adopt a child as young as possible. Has anyone heard of Adopt Now in CA?
