I'm thinking you could. I saw this in different places (mostly related to a debate - bombarding Russian officials with angry letters :grr: vs :love: thanking for their child and showing how well they do), one of them being a yahoo group Russian_Orphanage_News yesterday. Maybe you can ask the original poster if you can add too? I'll post here if I find more. PS I added emoticons just in case my preference is not crystal clear :) :) :)
