Trying to Unsubscribe from Subscribed Threads

When I attempt to unsubscribe from my subscribed threads, I get this message:

There seems to have been a problem with the Adoption.com Forums database.

Please try again by clicking the [URL="http://forums.adoption.com/subscription.php#"]Refresh[/URL] button in your web browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, whom you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

I'd really like to unsubscribe so as not to receive any more emails, but am stuck.

Please advise.

I'm not sure what's going on but will pass on the info. For now I'll see if I can go in and do it for you.:)
