FAS and Kaz

Was wondering what all you out there with all your research and wisdom:-) know about the risk of FAS in Kaz? I've been told it is near as high as Russia and Ukraine, but not sure what that leaves me with? Most of the children, some of them or fairly small percentage of them? Is their a good place to look up stats of children adopted? Thanks!!
