Adopted through Northhaven

I was born in NY and was adopted through Northhaven. I am male and was born on 1/7/1967. (social security had it day off so it may be a day before or after) I am told I was born with a hole in my heart. I had a foster parent who hurt her back and I went back to Northhaven to receive another foster parent at 6 months old. My foster mother and father were Sandra and Jim Bates who adopted me. I am seeking my birth parents for more family/medical information. I now have twin 6 year old girls and would like to provide nationality, medical information and family history for them. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
