We had our last visit a couple weeks ago. She told us then it could be a couple weeks or it could be a month. Then I emailed again asking another question and she said it could be as last as September.
Just curious how long it typically seems to take from last home visit to approval....as in as far as I know everything on our end is done. Just waiting on the home study to be approved.
I know it differs from state to state, county to county....but curious what the norm time frame is!
We somewhat drug our feet with the visit process but now that we are to this point I am getting antsy! :banana:

Did you submit all of your paperwork at once? It might take a while, if you did, but the approval usually within 6 months of the date of your original application.
You can follow up in a few weeks and ask if there is anything about your application or situation that might cause things to take longer. (Like having lived in lots of states, less than 5 yrs. in your current state)
Summer is a big vacation time and so the agency might not tell you if they have a backlog. Wait until a few weeks after school in your area starts before you give them a call.
