Does anyone know where I can find more information on this?

What insurance do you think would / should / could be required to pay adoption expenses. Car insurance? Homeowners? Life insurance? Liability?
I can only (and then just barely) imagine that you're talking of health insurance. Even then, is adoption medically necessary? Is the adopted child covered under the policy before the expense is incurred (before the adoption)? No and no.
But I can imagine (although less easily in Utah than in some states) that in surrogacy, where the child is already legally and/or biologically related to the person carrying the health insurance, the insurance company might well have to pay for delivery.

Neil. Why do you need to be a jerk? If you don't have anything useful to say then just keep it to yourself.
We have also been told by several adoption professionals to ask our insurance provider if they offer reimbursement of some adoption costs.
