Is it me or is placement slow for orange county foster homes? I did say no to some kids with real issues.

Is it me or is placement slow for orange county foster homes? I did say no to some kids with real issues.

Seems like there is never a good fit for Orange County kids. All the ones I've heard about have severe issues and another problem is they are very big on keeping the kids in their home school which poses a problem for us.
