Hello every one. Please guys I need help. I am trying to adopt a child. He is my family member but his parents are very sick and they cannot take care of him. The child is in Georgia. So I went to Georgia I went to Georgian court and the court asked me to collect bunch of papers here in states but I have no idea where to start. Please any body any advise.
