I adopted my niece a few months ago. She's been with me since 9 months of age. She turned three a couple of months ago. I have given my sister a couple of visits since tpr although I'm not required to. She's asking for another visit and to call all the time. I asked my daughter if she wants to see or call M (her bio) and she says no. Should I have her call/visit anyhow? She's only 3 and she doesn't seem bothered when she's actually with her.

Not sure why you would leave that type of decision up to a 3 yr old? Maybe I'm missing something...but it should be your decision for contact or not. That puts to much pressure on the child.
You need to set boundaries ASAP and stick to them. If the visits are too much and affecting the child then I would cut them back or limit them.
