The last few days have been weird. First, huaband answered phone and it was for me. When I said hello they hung up. Later I talked to my girlfriend and told her about the hang up and she said maybe it was your daughter. Furtherest thing from my mind but maybe. Then, no more then 5 min. later my niece calles me. She is into geneology and her and her husband just did the DNA test and found out he has a half brother. Sad to say he passed away a month ago. She told me I should do the DNA test because you never know and she would hate for something like this to happen to me and my daughter. I ordered the kit, should be here today or tomorrow. Then yesterday I was telling another girlfriend about this and she told me that her girlfriends sister adopted a baby girl who is now 42 and she was never told she is adopted. My daughter is 42. I asked what she looks like. She said she is short with very dark hair. My daughter had very dark hair at birth like her father and I'm short. After I gave my baby up for adoption my mother told me that they would never have to tell her she was adopted because they matched her up so perfectly. I hope this is a sign or something because I really want to find and meet my daughter. Has anyone else had wierd things happen like this? ISO daughter 8/23/1971

I'm not a signs kind of person.
But, I do hope you find your daughter.
I root for everyone who is searching, but I'm especially rooting for you because your daughter is less than one week older than me. She's an adoptee kindred spirit.
Since you are hoping to find her, I hope that call was from your daughter.... If it happens again, Star 69, so you can learn the number that called you.

L4R, I love that adoptee kindered spirit and thanks for rooting for me. I was thinking of doing star 69 as I was walking into the other room but someoone called as I was walking back, then my niece called so....
It turnes out that my girlfriend was wrong, her friends sisters daughter is 32 not 42
Are you still searching for your bparents? If so good luck, I'll root for you too.
