I have a cousin that has had is baby taken into the care of DSS, I offered my assistance and my home. DSS decided my home was perfect, he is saying "NO" he does not want her to go to my home. Can this affect her being placed in my home.

Does CPS Know he objects?
I am currently fostering my cousins baby. She has told everyone with ears that she does not want her child with me except myself and CPS. CPS has no idea of her objections.

it depends on his age and his reasoning
he may be afraid gong to you means not going home. A good CW will work though the problems
