Do TX state jails transport for DCS hearings in other counties?

It might depend how long she is expected to be in jail, and why she is there. My first placement, when bio dad was in jail, he was a very short distance away, but because of the nature of his crimes and him not wanting anything to do with a case plan to being with, they did not bring him. But I have heard of cases where they had brought a bio from jail, not sure from how far though.

Thanks for the reply, although it turns out I don't really need to know because the judge granted TPR this past week at the hearing! Looks like my sweet girl is staying!!
