Hey, I am wanting to do an adoption of my 3 year old step daughter. Her father has not been active at all since she was born and has also not paid child support. We do not know where he is so I am guessing we are going to have to do the more difficult route or doing a contested termination of parental rights. I know I need several forms but our county clerk had no forms and are unwilling to help.
