Hi guys! So I've never written on here before but I've been part of the community for a while. We adopted our son last year through domestic adoption. We used a national agency we liked but it was obviously one of the most expensive routes. We did that because we had no idea what we were doing and figured it would be the best to get the experts help.
Well we're looking into starting the process over again, but this time we want to find the least expensive route. I've looked into using an adoption facilitator which I think might be smart since normally you know what the prices could be because they're already posted on there. But I've also heard the situations they get can be some of the more expensive or hard to match cases.
So I guess I'm just needing opinions. Is an attorney the best way and then setting up a profile on a site like this? or using a facilitator? Or possibly a local agency?
Also any recommendations (through pm's obviously) on who to use would be perfect. We live in Texas if that helps. Thanks!
