We had the hearing and TPR was postponed until my adoption home study is approved by the county. Mom took a handful of parenting classes and occasionally attended visits but beyond that did not work the case plan. I don't think she ever took a mandated drug test. The only relative who has come forward wanting to adopt so far is Great Grandma. She has her own issues with child services and does not appear to be a viable option to adopt.
