Hello, I have a half brother that was born on new years eve or new years day in 1972, or 1973, in Toledo, Ohio at St Vincents Hospital. His birth name was Ira Paul, adopted out through Catholic Charities. Birth mothers name was Erminda Jenkins, birth Dads name was Paul Foster. My name is Nicole.
