Hi- I'm looking for my adopted Fathers biological family..Arthur Wayne Lee was born in 1917 supposedly in Iroquois County, Illinois, and adopted sometime after..I petitioned the surrounding counties of where he live because Illinois could not find a birth certificate and now the surrounding counties cannot. My Mom and Dad did find out at one time who they were and they told me but that was a long time ago. He was adopted by Arthur Lee and Sarah (maiden name Helmrichs(sp?). They were originally from Kentucky. I seem to remember that maybe the last name of the biological Father was Lynch. If anyone has any helpful input, or any of this sounds familiar..drop me a line..I'm a newby at all this..Thanks in advance.
