ISO birth family of a Male born July 1978 at Forsyth Memorial hospital in Winston Salem, NC Born prematurely stayed in hospital approximately 1 month. Discharged to a foster family the adopted Easter by a different family in Rowan county, NC. We are in need of medical information at the very least, please! 23 and me was done and a GEDmatch. Major Surnames to come up are Brown, Smith, Turner, Taylor and Arnett(e) it was said they may have lived in the High Point area.
